Drive a Veteran in the 2025 Anacortes Veterans Parade

Honor a Veteran and show off your vehicle in the parade! Do you have a classic or muscle car, a convertible, trolly car, horse drawn carriage, or other car that you would like to drive or have driven in the parade? We would love to help you show off your vehicle as we honor and solute our Veterans. They have done enough to serve us, help us serve and celebrate them as they can sit back and receive that well deserved honor.

Requirements:

Float be honoring to our community, our Veterans, American History, our Constitution and the American Flag.
No political party stance, this is to be about community coming together not agendas.
Businesses/Clubs can have their business logo and message supporting our Veterans on float.
Your group will be highly encouraged to participate in a training, consisting of watching videos ensuring proper etiquette for the parade and our mission. The way we best honor our Veterans is to ensure we understand their culture.
Form of transportation must to safe and reliable to ride in, without hiccups make it through the entire parade.
Vehicles have the opportunity to take part in the Static Parade Viewing event concluding the parade.

This is a family event, so requirements are to keep it respectful to our country, our veterans, community and families. Thank you so much for wanting to partner with us and support this vision to be a success.

I understand that this is an application to participate in the parade and agree to the rules upon participation approval. I am not guaranteed a spot in the parade until approved by committee. I also understand that this parade is to honor our Veterans and is family friendly. *Rules and participation requirements will be sent directly to approved participants. We are so excited for the opportunity this will create for our community and youth to partake in this event in honoring our Veterans and community.
